A simple webpage deployed on https://meetriks.netsoj.nl/ to get beginners started on Matrix.

## Motivation
To be able to point people to an URL that shows them how to get logged in on a Matrix client. Telling
them to connect to my Matrix server at meetriks.netsoj.nl would be too confusing.
