Subject: [PATCH] travis: Limit ninja jobs

This is needed because Ninja sees too many CPUs in Travis' container,
and therefore spawns a lot of jobs which leads Travis to occasionally
kill a ninja process.
Limiting the jobs protects against that behavior.
